Abstract: | Supercarrier effective mass isotope effect (exponent ) is investigated using a two-band model with interband pair scattering. The corresponding repulsive interaction incorporates besides the dominating electronic (Coulomb) part an electron-phonon contribution inversely proportional to the ionic mass factor. type underdoped system reflect the observed tendencies.
