SLon磁选机分选木圭松软锰矿的半工业试验研究

摘    要:广西木圭松软锰矿属难选氧化锰矿,常规选别工艺选矿指标都不理想。本次试验研究采用筛分分级-SLon型强磁粗选-SLon型强磁扫选工艺流程,在原矿品位为23%左右的条件下,获得锰精矿品位30.38%,回收率75.97%的良好指标。

Abstract:GuangXi Mugui loose and soft manganese ore is a hard to beneficiate oxidized ore and no ideal metallurgical performances could be achieved when it was treated by conventional beneficiation technologies.In this test,a flowsheet consisting of screening and both roughing and scavenging by SLon high intensity magnetic separators was adopted,achieving good metanurgical performances including a manganese concentrate grade of 30.38% and a recovery of 75.97% at a run of mine ore grade of about 23%.
