摘    要:目的对一起由副溶血性弧菌引发的食源性疾病进行实验室检测及溯源分析。方法对该起事件中采集的样品进行病原学检测,采用细菌分离培养、生化鉴定、血清学分型、实时荧光聚合酶链反应检测副溶血性弧菌及其毒力基因,对分离的阳性菌进行脉冲场凝胶电泳(pulse-field gel electrophoresis,PFGE)分析。结果本次从1份厨师和10份患者便及肛拭标本中分离培养出11株副溶血性弧菌,均携带tdh毒力基因,神奈川试验结果阳性,血清型为O3:K6型。对11株阳性菌进行PFGE分子分型和溯源分析,所有菌株获得相同的PFGE带型。结论结合流行病学调查,实验室病原学检测和PFGE结果,可判定此次事件为一起由副溶血性弧菌引起的食源性疾病暴发事件。

Abstract:Objective To conduct the laboratory test and traceability analysis on a case of foodborne disease caused by Vibrio parahemolyticus. Methods Vibrio parahemolyticus and its virulence genes in the samples collected in the event was tested through isolation and culture of bacteria, biochemical identification, serological typing, real-time fluorescence PCR. And the positive bacteria was analyzed by pulse-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE). Results Totally 11 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were isolated from swabs or stools of one cook and ten patients. All strains were O3:K6 serotype, carried tdh virulence gene and the results of Kanagawa test were positive. All strains obtained the same PFGE patterns. Conclusion According to the epidemiological investigation, laboratory etiological survey and PFGE results, the event is determined to be an outbreak of a case of foodborne disease caused by Vibrio parahemolyticus.
