炼化污水传统鼓风曝气系统的节能改造

摘    要:传统单廊道鼓风曝气池在处理炼化污水中,存在能耗高、传氧效率低及抗冲击能力差等诸多缺陷。在保证装置正常生产的前提下,对传统炼化污水鼓风曝气系统进行全面升级改造,即采用独立供风方式代替集中供风方式、选择高效传氧效率曝气头和低能耗高效率的变频罗茨鼓风机、新增精确曝气控制系统等改造措施。改造后,新的鼓风曝气系统不仅提高了污水生化处理装置的抗冲击能力,而且每年可节约101万元的运行成本。

Abstract:There were some defects, such as high energy consumption, low oxygen utilization and poor resistant impact, in the old one pass of diffused aeration tank for wastewater treatment in refinery. Under the premise of ensuring normal operation of the refinery units, upgrading, the air supply with multiple-pass instead of the aeration system was modified with overall old single-pass, efficient aerators, low power consumption and high efficiency of Roots blower with frequency conversion applied and precise aeration control system installed. The modified aeration section can not only improve the resistance impact of the wastewater treatment plant, but also save operation cost of ¥1.01 million.
