摘    要:介绍了MIP-CGP(多产异构烷烃和增产丙烯的清洁汽油)工艺重油催化裂化装置增产柴油的措施,分析了反应温度、剂油比及催化剂活性等操作条件对催化干气、催化液化气、催化汽油和催化柴油等产品的组成、质量、收率的影响,指出降低反应温度、剂油比和催化剂微反活性是提高催化柴油收率的有效措施。

Abstract:It was introduced that the method of maximum iso-paraffin process for clean gasoline and propylene (MIP-CGP) to increase output of diesel fuel in residue fluid catalytic cracking unit. The influences of reaction temperature, ratio of catalyst to oil, and the catalyst activity to composition, quality, yield of the products including catalytic dry gas, catalytic liquefied gas, catalytic gasoline and diesel catalytic were analyzed. The effective measures of increase catalytic diesel yield were decrease of reaction temperature,ratio of catalyst to oil, and the catalyst activity.
