爆炸法消除应力在电站压力钢管上的应用

蒲石河抽水蓄能电站引水系统压力钢管钢材为调质状态的高强钢,且厚度较大,为减少钢管的焊接应力,采用爆炸方法对钢管纵缝进行处理,以保证钢管在低温、水头压力频繁变化的环境下运行安全。结果表明,爆炸处理效果良好,达到了50%以上的设计要求。
