| 摘 要： | 分析了我国目前城市水系统规划的现状,即缺乏人与自然构建和谐社会准则,缺乏与宏观经济发展相协调的科学发展观理念,导致单位经济增长量水资源消耗过大和水资源有效利用率过低等问题长久得不到解决,从而严重影响了城市水系统的可持续发展。提出了以创造生态城市建设为总体目标,以水的综合利用作为基点的生态城市水系统规划的新思路。

| Abstract: | China urban system planning status in quo is expatiated in detail,i.e.lacking the basic harmony principle between human-being and nature,lacking reasonable scientific development idea harmonized with macroeconomy increasing,over water consumption per unit economy increment and lower water reusing ratio and other elements limiting city water system well-ordered sustainable development.And puts forward the newest water system planning thought,constructing ecocity as long-term aim,water comprehensive using as basic principle. |
