| 摘 要： | 用氰胺、十二胺和醋酸反应可以制取醋酸十二胍。十二胺与氰胺等摩尔混合,在１１０～１２０℃下滴加６０％的氰胺溶液,加毕,继续在１１０～１２０℃下反应３０ｍｉｎ,得含醋酸十二胍约８０％的粗产品。提纯、干燥,产品纯度达９８％以上。

| Abstract: | A study was done for the preparation of dodine from dodecylamine,cyanamide and acetic acid.Thus,over 60% cyanamide solution was added to a mixture of dodecylamine and AcOH at 110～120℃ and the mixture was kept 30min at the stated temperature to give primary product containing about 80% dodecylguanidine acetate (dodine).The primary product was treated with NaOH solution and separated and kept the pH of the upper layer at 7 with AcOH and separated again and dried the upper layer to give over 98% purity dodine. |
