双丝导航虚拟导轨技术的研究

摘    要:对以张力金属丝作为激光测长系统虚拟导轨导航基准的可行性进行了分析,给出了系统的工作原理。为了克服张力金属丝存在的悬垂对导航精度的影响,提出了一种双张力金属丝法对悬垂量进行修正的方法。通过实验验证,该导航系统可在规定精度范围内实现对导航基准的跟踪。

Abstract:The feasibility of taking strained-wire as navigating datum line of dummy guide-way was analyzed in laser length measurement system, and working principle of the system was presented. In order to eliminate the effects of strained-wire pendency on the navigating precision, a double-strained-wire amending method to the wire was proposed. Experimental results show that the navigating system can follow the track of navigating datum within given precision limitation.
