电位滴定法分析电合成苯甲醛

摘    要:采用电位滴定法测定甲苯电合成产物中的苯甲醛和苯甲酸,研究了盐酸羟胺用量、苯甲醇和甲苯含量对测定的影响.实验表明,当盐酸羟胺的用量为理论值的1.5~3.0倍、苯甲醇和甲苯分别不超过苯甲醛含量的2.5和95倍时均不影响苯甲醛含量的测定;苯甲醛和苯甲酸测定值的标准偏差分别为0.28%和1.17%,回收率分别为97.76%、97.21%.

Abstract:A simultaneously potentiometric titration method for determining benzaldehyde and benzoic acid in electrosynthesis products was reported. Effects of the dosage of hydroxylamine hydrochloride and the content of benzyl alcohol and toluene on the determination were examined. The analytical results were not effected when the dosage of hydroxylamine hydrochloride was 1.5 - 3.0 times of the theoretical and the content of benzyl alcohol and toluene was no more than 2.5 and 95 times of the content of benzaldehyde, respectively. The RSD and recovery of benzaldehyde and benzoic acid in samples were 0.28%, 1.17% and 97.76%, 101.27% ,respectively.
