| 摘 要： | 通过对臭氧流量、废液pH值、反应温度、氧化时间 4个因素的实验摸索 ,得出采用臭氧氧化法处理酒精废液单因素影响的基本规律。以最佳条件组合 :流量 0 10m3 /h ,pH9 0 ,时间 90min做优化实验 ,脱色率为 5 6 92 %。

| Abstract: | Four influence factors ozone flow, pH of the waste liquid, reaction temperature, oxidation time, which effect on ozone treatment of waste liquid of molasses alcohol, were investigated by monofactorial experiments. The optimum condition was flow 0.12 m 3/h, pH 9.0, 60℃ and 90min, under which the decolour rate of waste liquid of molasses alcohol was 56.92%. |
