观赏花的冷冻干燥与保色加工试验研究

摘    要:为探索制作观赏干燥花的新方法,以月季花、玫瑰等为素材,进行了真空冷冻干燥鲜花的实验研究,比较了真空冷冻干燥与热风干燥鲜花的效果;实验采用不同浓度的酒石酸溶液,通过改变花瓣内pH值,考察了对干燥花的保色效果,结果表明:浓度在10%时的保色效果好。还以甘油溶液为软化剂,研究了不同浓度、不同处理时间对干燥花的软化影响。

Abstract:China rose and rose flowers were freezingly dried in order to explore a new method for produce dried flowers. Flowers dried with vacuum change of drying freezing drying and hot air drying respectively were compared. Experiments on color flowers were investigated, and color preservation of dried flowers were carried out through changing pH of petal and concentration of tartaric acid. The results showed that there was a good preserving effect of color as concentration of tartaric acid was 10%. Intenerating of dried flowers was studied with different concentrations of glycerite and disposal times also.
