计算机黑箱法直接预测糖厂产品色值的研究

基于黑箱系统理论，以广东省梅山糖厂１９９３／９４年生产期的班报数据为计算依据，利用计算机建立有关产品色值预测的数学模型，选择了四个输入参数，其中一个代表甘蔗品质指标，三个代表工艺指标。结果表明，有关数学模型可以有效地预测该糖厂１９９４／９５年生产期的产品色值。

Prediction for Colour of Products in Sugar Mill with Dark-Box Theory and Computer

On the basis of the dark-box theory and the production data of Meishan sugar mill, Guangdong province, in the 1993/94 campaign, the mathematical models were established by computer for the prediction of product colour, including four input variables,where one for sugarcane quality index, three for the process indices. It is indicatal that the models can be effectively used to predict the colour in next campaign for same sugar mill.
