摘    要:利用空间解析几何理论推导出了多管相贯接头中相贯线的数学方程,并利用简便快捷的数值方法,计算出各个管子的实际相贯线。根据切割需要,给出了用参数方程表示的各相贯线上的点坐标、二面角、切割角以及切割轨迹线的表达式。这为等坡口或变坡口的管接头的自动切割和焊接建立了数学基础。

Abstract:According to knowledge of analytic geometry, the general equation of in tersecting curve is deduced, which can be used for multiple pipes joint. Real in tersecting curve for each pipes can be calculated in these cases by using a rapi d effortless arithmetic. By the needing of cutting, the expression of dihedral a ngle, cutting angle and points in cutting trail can be given. This numerical mod el can be used as the base of auto-cutting.
