对DUM63~66型高频开关电源EMC设计的分析与改进思考

摘    要:高频开关电源设备工作在较高频率,外界与本机元器件会产生电磁感应相互干扰,而电源噪声将进一步影响通信网络中其他设备的正常工作,因此应该对其电磁兼容性(EMC)设计加以重视。文中以上海新电元通信公司生产的DUM63-66型高频开关整流器来具体说明其电磁兼容性EMC设计及不足,并且根据实际工作故障提出电路改进,达到提高电磁兼容性的目的。

Abstract:High frequency switching mode power supply is used in high frequency where the outside and the local components could bring electromagnetic inductive interference to each other, moreover power supply noise would further affect normal operation of other equipment in communication network. So we should pay attention to the design on EMC. In this paper, it concretely illuminates the EMC design and its shortage combined with DUM63-66 mode high frequency switching mode rectifier made by Shanghai Xindianyuan Communication Company, and presents an improved circuit on the base of the failure in practice in order to provide a better EMC performance.
