环锭细纱机现代牵伸装置的技术进步与发展

摘    要:介绍了当前国际先进水平的棉纺细纱机SKF型、HP型、R2P型、INA—V型牵伸装置的结构特点和技术进步,在分析各装置优缺点的基础上,介绍了棉纺细纱牵伸形式的发展过程,R2V是V型牵伸的改进型,VC型又是R2V牵伸的改进型,VC牵伸是实现棉纺第三代大牵伸(50~100倍)的合适形式,是当前棉纺细纱牵伸装置发展的典型代表。

Abstract:In this paper are introduced their structure property and technical progress of SKF,HP,R2P and INA-V drafting devices of international advanced cotton ring spinning frame.Based on the analysis of their advantages and disadvantages of the above drafting devices,the developing of drafting way with modified R2V type of V and modified VC type of R2V is introduced.The VC type drafting device is the best drafting way to meet the third generation of long drafting(50~100 times) and a typical developed drafting device of modern cotton spinning.
