摘    要:管道支架设计中,需要协调管道工艺专业合理布置管道补偿器位置,并选择合适的管架形式和间距。管架计算时应综合考虑刚性管架的管道摩擦力、柔性管架的位移反弹力、管道不平衡内压力、补偿器弹性变形力、管架位移与管道热胀冷缩等因素的影响。

Abstract:During the design work of pipeline bracket ,we should pay more attention to dispose pipeline compensator with pipeline specialty designer, and select rational pipeline bracket type and distance. During the pipeline bracket account ,we should take many factors into consideration including the friction force ofrigidbracket ,the displacement rebound force of flexible bracket ,the imbalance pressure of pipeline, the flexible distortion force of compensator, the relationship of bracket displacement and heat transmutation of pipeline.
