埋地钢质管道腐蚀防护检验检测技术组合方法及评价系统研究

摘    要:综述了目前国内外常用的埋地钢质管道检验检测方法的原理及其优缺点,通过比对试验研究,提出了埋地管道检验检测技术组合方法。以此为基础,编制了埋地钢质管道腐蚀防护综合评价系统软件,该软件能对目前国内常用的埋地管道检验检测设备测试数据进行处理分析,并结合现行国家和行业相关法规标准规定,对检验检测结果进行评价。

Abstract:In this article,the principles of the buried steel piping inspection and examination methods normally used in home and abroad,and the advantages and the disaevantages of these methods,were summed.Through the comparison and testing research,the combined technical methods of inspection for buried piping were proposed.On the basis of the methods,a synthetic assessment system software for buried steel piping corrosion protection was developed.This software can be used to fulfill the analysis of the data resulted from testing equipment in inspecting buried piping,and meanwhile,it can be used to assess the inspection result in accordance with the relevant national codes and standards in the field.
