| 摘 要： | 文章结合中频感应电炉的冶金特征,针对汽车的基础铸件变速器壳体铸件,通过采取合理的成分设计,严把原辅材料关,控制好熔炼过程中不同时期的温度,选用复合孕育剂和增加孕育次数等措施,从而既保证铸件的高强度和切削加工性能,又保证铸件组织致密、不渗漏。 |

| Abstract: | Combined with the metallurgical characteristics of medium frequency induction furnace,Those measures,which include composition design,selection of the raw and auxiliary materials,the desired melting technology and compound inoculation and inoculation times,were taken to produce the shell of automobile gear box successfully,thus can guarantee the high strength and cutting work of the casting,and compact structure with leakage as well. |
