基于CAN总线的嵌入式超声波测距仪

摘    要:介绍了一种基于CAN总线的嵌入式超声波测距仪设计,在该系统中主要采用微处理器作为控制核心,运用超声波传感器及相应的放大电路组成超声波的发射与接收电路.在发送与接收超声波信号时,通过微处理器和程序计算出发送与接收超声波的时间差,再由已知的超声波传播速度,求出障碍物与超声波传感器之间的距离.同时,微处理器可以对测量的数据结果进行处理后送到LED显示器进行显示,也可以通过CAN总线将数据传送给上位机,实现远程监视和网络控制的智能化仪表功能.

Abstract:An embedded ultrasonic wave distance measurement based on CAN bus was introduced, It mainly used the microprocessor as the major control core, and used the ultrasonic sensor and the corresponding amplifying circuit to compose the ultrasonic wave transmitting and receiving circuits. When this system is transmitting and accepting the ultrasonic wave signal, it can calculate the differences between the time of transmitting and receiving the ultrasonic wave, and then we can know the accurate distance between the obstacle and the ultrasonic sensor according to the known ultrasonic propagation speed. Meanwhile, after the microprocessor processed the measurement data, it can transmit the processed data to the LED, and display the data on the screen. The microprocessor can also transfer the data to the host machine through the CAN bus. Therefore, the two intellectualized functions of the measuring appliance, the remote monitoring and network control are realized.
