摘    要:随着市场对轻质油品的需求量上升和环保法规的日趋严格,全世界都更加关注渣油的轻质化技术。第二代常压渣油加氢脱硫催化剂采用挤条成型技术,活性组分以浸渍或完全混捏的方式加入,使催化剂成本大幅度降低,同时使最终催化剂具有高孔容、高比表面和适中堆密度,与第一代催化剂相比,活性和稳定性更好。

Abstract:SINOPEC Funshun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals(FRIPP) have concentrated herself on the development of the second generation atmospheric residue HDS catalyst since successful marketing of her first generation atmospheric residue HDS catalyst. The sencond generation atmospheric residue HDS catalyst is prepared by extruding technique , and the active components are incorporated by impregnating or complete mixing, which considerably lowers the cost of catalyst manufacture and gives the final catalysts large pore volume, high surface area and appropriate bulk density. Besides, activity and stability of the second generation atmospheric residue HDS catalyst are better than that of the first generation.
