横向卷曲切屑宽度的理论预测

摘    要:通过切削试验发现,切屑宽度直接影响切屑横向卷曲半径,进而影响切屑折断性.因此,基于切削刃弦理论,推导出了切屑宽度的理论计算公式,并通过试验验证了其正确性,从而为切屑横向卷曲半径及切屑折断性的预测奠定了基础.

Abstract:It is found that the Change of chips width will directly affect the radius of curvature of the cross- curling chips through metal cutting experiments.Furthermore,it will also affect the chips break nature.In this paper,theoretical formula of chips width based on Colwell cutting edge string are inferred through theoretical analyses of chips break nature and verify formula correctness through experiments.It builts basis for the prediction of the radius of curvature of cross-curling chips and chips break nature.
