| 摘 要： | 为解决化工企业液氨充装装置使用中存在的问题,采用计算机控制技术,结合电磁阀、电子称、充液夹具及吊挂平衡系统,研制了YCX-150型液氨充装控制装置.现场使用表明,本系统使得液氨充装过程在安全性、可靠性、操作性、生产效率及充液精度方面比原有充装设备有很人的提高.

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problems of liquid anlmonia pouring equipment in the chemical plant, the YCX-150 liquid ammonia pouring control system based on combining computer control technique with electromagnetic valve,electronic-weighing system, pouring fixture and hanging balance system was developed. The practical operation indicates that this control system can provide much improvement in safety, reliability, feasibility, efficiency and pouring precision. |
