摘    要:通过实验研究了金属铝纤维引入对不烧Al2O3-Al-C滑板中温性能和显微结构影响。结果表明:金属铝纤维的引入起到类似混凝土中钢筋的作用,可在形成有效的金属结合之前,提高材料的抗折和耐压强度;随热处理温度的升高,材料的显微结构发生了极大变化,在金属铝纤维熔化后形成的熔壳内,原位形成了大量的柱状AlON和纤维状碳化铝。

Abstract:The middle-temperature performance and microstructure of unburned Al2O3-Al-C slide gate plate with aluminum fiber introduction were studied through experiment. The results show that introducing aluminum fiber, which is similar to the role of reinforcing steel bar in concrete, can improve material's modulus of rupture and crushing strength before an effective metal bond comes into being; with the increase of temperature, great changes of the material's microstructure have taken place, and a large number of columnar AlON and fibrous aluminum carbide in situ form in the fusion crust of the aluminum fiber.
