| 摘 要： | 分析了导致变矩器油温过高的原因:主要有变矩器油位过高或过低;冷却系统效果不良;使用操作不当;液力传动油选用不当等及控制措施。液力变矩器油温过高是液力传动系统常见故障,科学地管理和使用液力传动系统,对于减少故障、提高使用寿命具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the causes of oil superhigh temperature of hydrodynanic torque cowverter,which is caused by oil level too high or low,worse cooling result,wrong operation,unsuited oil selection and unsuitable control.The superhigh temperature of oil in hydrodynamic torque converter is an usual fault for hydranlic drive system,only scientifically management and application of hydraulic drive system,the fault would be reduced,which is with the important significance for improving its service life. |
