TLC900型运梁车液压驱动系统与发动机功率匹配研究

摘    要:在分析了机械-液压功率匹配系统原理的基础上,根据液压系统驱动力-速度曲线及参数,提出了适用于TLC900型运梁车液压驱动系统与发动机功率匹配的电液比例功率匹配系统,并给出了控制规律及程序流程图。试验与现场实践证明,该功率匹配系统满足运梁车驱动性能的要求,可提高运梁车的驱动性能,对其他大型行走工程机械也具有参考和借鉴作用。

Abstract:On the basis of analysis of the theory of mechanical-hydraulic power match system, an electro-hydraulic proportional power match system which was suitable for matching TLC900 transporting girder vehicle of the engine was developed according to the driving force-speed curve and parameter, and the control rule and program flow chart about the system were also given. Experiments and practical applications have indicated that the power match system satisfies the capability requirements of the transporting girder vehicle and is of great significance to improve performance and efficiency of the transporting girder vehicle; meanwhile it is useful for other huge driving construction machinery.
