摘 要: | 以固体超强酸为催化剂,取消带水剂,采用多次加入乙醇的方法合成氯乙酸乙酯,酯化率达98 8%,经放大实验,结果稳定。最佳酯化条件为:催化剂用量为反应物总质量的1 2%,酸醇摩尔比1 0∶6 6,反应时间5~6h,乙醇按预定加入量及加入模式分多次加入。

Stady on new process for catalytic synthesis of ethyl chloroacetate with solid super strong acid |

Abstract: | Solid super acid was used as the catalyst for the synthesis of ethyl chloroacetate,using the methods of non water carring agent and multiple adding of alcohol.The total yield was up to 98.8%,which was maintained almost at the same level during the scaling up of the experiments. The results showed that the optimum conditons of esterification are as follows:the amount of solid super acid catalyst is 1.2% of total mass of reactants,the molar ratio of acid to alcohol is 1.0∶6.6,the reaction time is 5~6 h,adding alcohol in multiple time with the reaction proceeding. |
