摘    要:分析了高压重型绕线式调速风机在应用过程中出现转子滑环短路的问题,总结出解决重型绕线式电机转子回路串入液体电阻启动时滑环处短路问题的关键是要注意电动机启动电流的设定、液体电阻器的正常投入、碳刷的质量耐磨、滑环表面设计光滑、转子滑环罩的通风以及注意滑环与引线间的绝缘距离等问题。

Abstract:Problems of short-circuit of rotor slipping ring in the use of heavy-duty and high-voltage woundtype adjustable-speed wind drive generator are analyzed. Through the analysis about short-circuit issue of rotor slipping ring in the application process, the key solutions about short-circuit issue of rotor slipping ring when liquid resistance is connected to the rotor circuit of heavy-duty wound-type motor is summarized. Problems such as the motor starting current, the normal input about liquid resistance, the quality of carbon, the design of slipping ring, the ventilation of rotor slipping-ring cover, and the insulation distance between slipping ring and leading wire need to be paid much attention to.
