关于大蒜辐照抑制发芽加工工艺的管理规范

摘    要:研究和探讨了我国大蒜辐照抑制发芽加工工艺管理规范的有关内容。结果表明:我国大蒜辐照适宜时期为8月10日以前,最迟不晚于8月20日;辐照的最高剂量限值为100Gy,适宜剂量范围为50-100Gy,最低保证剂量为50Gy,辐照不均匀度不大于2。

Abstract:In this article, some critira related to processing technology for inhibiting Germination of garlic by irradiation are discussed and reviewed. The result shows that the following irradiation rules are suitable for Chinese garlic: (1) irradiation period is better before August 10, and no later than August 20. (2) Suitable total dose ranges from 50 to 100Gy. (3) The nonuniformity of irradiation dose is no more than 2.
