摘 要: | 在当前的经济危机中出现了机会,即借助于组建柔性的组织机构来面对变化的市场条件。主要的前提是要采用面向过程的企业组织及借助经济信息系统的有效支持。经营过程的优化可以使企业完成任务时间和间接成本降低50%以上。根据一个案例来说明这样的组织的可行性及其在时间和成本竞争中的量的飞跃。

Abstract: | In the present economic crisis provides chances, which facilitate meeting thechanging market conditions with the help of constructing flexible organizations. The essentialprerequisites are the introduction of a process-oriented business organization and efficient sup-port from economic information system. The optimiztion of the business process decreases thethroughput time and recurs the indirect cost of enterprise by more than 50 percent.
