半导体气敏检测中的经验式拟合和插值法应用研究

摘    要:以半导体气敏元件的内阻-浓度特性的经验关系为基础,通过选择电压采样电路和元件的参数,导出了一种能覆盖气敏元件可用区域的电压信号-浓度曲线的分段经验式拟合模型和相应的插值算法.这种方法分段少,对不同的元件个体具有普适性,适合于气敏方式的实时检测.文中并对测量中的相关问题进行了讨论.

Abstract:On the basis of inner-resistance-concentration experience ralation ofsemiconductor's gas-sensing components and by means of selectig paramaters of sam-pling voltage circuit and componets, the model of paragraghed fitting by experience andthe interpolation for sampling valtage-concentration curve was derived. which not onlycover up useful zone of V-C characteristics and can reduce the number of paragraphing,but also suit to every individual of componets. Some of the questions refering to mesur-ment are discussed.
