有色金属冶金是我国冶金工业的重要组成部分,由于世界有色金属冶金工业的进步和技术的不断更新,提升有色金属工业的综合水平以成为发展我国有色金属工业的难点和重点.本文分析了我国有色冶金企业信息化过程中四个阶段生产过程自动化、管理现代化、商务电子化、决策智能化的特征和现状.讨论电子商务对企业市场空间、生产、经营和管理等活动的影响,通过对企业进行信息化管理,达到简化业务流程之目的,分析有色金属企业信息化的现状和进程,促进我国有色企业的信息化.

Program on Informatization of the Nonferrous Metals Metallurgical Enterprises in China

As an important part of metallurgy industry,nonferrous metals metallurgy industry have attained great program in advanced technology recently.But it is still a difficulty and emphases to develop the enterprise in all-round levels.In the present paper,the character and state-of-the-art of four stages i.e.automatic production,modernization of management,e-business and intelligentized decision-making will be discussed.The effects of e-business to market,production and management are also analyzed.By using IT to manage the enterprise and simplify its business process,the nonferrous metals metallurgical enterprises will get a great development in the future.
