异型热管混排及结构优化强化传热数值模拟

摘    要:应用FLUENT对异型热管在热管热交换器的强化传热进行了数值模拟研究。首先研究了异型热管混排对热管热交换器传热性能的影响。然后应用正交实验,以Nu最大为目标函数研究其传热性能,对混排热管在热管热交换器中的结构进行优化,得出了最优结构形式组合,并用Table curve拟合出热管内部Nu在热管热交换器位置上变化的精确函数关系式。

Abstract:The numerical simulation of heat transfer of the shaped heat pipe in the heat pipe heat exchanger by FLUENT.First,it is studied the influence of scrambling for shaped heat pipes on the heat transformation performance of pipe heat exchanger.Then,using the orthogonal test,it adopted the Nu maximum standard number as a objective function to study heat transformation performance,and optimized the structure of the scrambled heat pipe in the heat pipe exchanger,and finally got the optimal combination of structure...
