百米尾气烟囱分段安装技术

在土库曼斯坦巴格德雷第一天然气处理厂建设中，需要现场制作安装大型尾气烟囱。单座烟囱高100m、质量162t。经过反复分析比较，确定了400t吊车分段提升正装、空中对接补衬的施工工艺。对关键施工技术，包括分段数和分段点的确定、吊耳和平衡梁的设置、空中补衬等进行了充分论证。对吊装受力进行了分析计算，吊装过程平稳受控，烟囱吊装质量良好。
