| 摘 要： | SA387Gr11CL2和SA387Gr22CL2钢是典型的珠光体耐热钢，在石油、化工及化肥等行业中应用越来越广泛，熟练掌握其焊接性能对制造厂显得至关重要。根据珠光体耐热钢的焊接性特点，为避免焊接过程中出现冷裂纹、回火脆性等问题，确保焊接接头力学性能满足设备的设计要求，对SA387Gr11CL2和SA387Gr22CL2钢制氨合成塔的焊接材料、焊接工艺进行了试验研究，所制定的焊接工艺在生产实践中获得了成功应用。
