Application of precompensation for deformation in diminishing the deformation of injection moulded products

Shrinkage deformation and warpage may occur in the process of injection moulding,which will result in high defective index and should be resolved.The deformation mode of injection products was grouped and respective measures were proposed against the deformation.The principle of precompensation for deformation was presented,which was applied to the shaping of an automobile fan and effectively helped lower the shrinkage deformation and warpage of the product.
