摘    要:对双动滑阀装置上连接基座与滑道的螺栓在使用过程中发生的断裂进行了分析.结果表明,该螺栓化学成分和金相组织未见异常.断裂为多源沿晶断裂.经过对螺栓的服役条件以及工作中受力情况进行分析,认为螺栓断裂主要是由于长时间在高温条件下发生蠕变导致的.

Abstract:The fracture characteristics of bolt connecting the pedestal with slipway in a two-way moving slide valve was analyzed, The results show that chemical composition and microstructure of rite facture bolt were in normal state. The bolt was intergranular fracture with many origins. Work condition and force acting of the bolt were analyzed. The bolt failure was creep fracture mainly due to their high temperature work condition.
