摘    要:针对大型设备旋转部件故障模式复杂难以辨识的特点,选取与其运行状态密切相关的多个振动参数作为原始特征模式,阐述如何从故障信号数据库中,应用模糊聚类方法对旋转部件运行状态进行评判,挖掘出诊断的敏感特征参数。文章给出了建立模型的基本思想、算法和步骤,并结合实例验证了该方法的正确性。实验表明,该方法能有效地提取旋转部件故障特征模式,从而实现对大型机械设备故障的精确诊断。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of frequent fault and difficult diagnosis of rotating parts,selecting more interrelated vibration parameters as original character vectors,how to collect the characters from fault database and analyze rotating parts' running conditions by applying fuzzy clustering way is demonstrated in this paper.The theory of establishing model,specific algorithm and steps are given as well.Applied example showed that the method is correct and the result of fault diagnosis has also been proved to be reliable and accurate.
