高纯超低碳08Al深冲钢板的固溶碳含量对冷轧{111}纤维织构的影响

摘    要:用三维取向分布函数探讨了高纯度超低碳08Al深冲钢板的固溶碳含量对冷轧{111}纤维织构的影响,分析了{111}〈112〉和{111}〈110〉织构类型的织构度随碳含量及压下量的变化规律。结果发现,{111}纤维织构的极密度随碳含量的降低和压下量的增大而增强;I{111}〈112〉/I{111}〈110〉随碳含量的增多而减弱。

Abstract:The influence of dissolved carhonic content for (111) fibre texture in high purity and ultra-low carbonic 08AI deep drawing steel sheet was investigated and the variations of orientation densities with carbonic content for (111) (112) and(111) (110) textures were analyzed by three dimensional orientation distribution function. It is found that the (111) pole density increases with the decrease of carbonic content and with the increase of reduction in thinkness and I_((111)(112))/I_((111)(110))decreases with the increase of carbonic content.
