| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了安装在北京同步辐射装置（BSRF）3B1束线上的自制同步辐射光束在线监测系统，对光束垂直位置，光斑均匀性及光刻曝光量（同步光积分光强）实现了在线监控，给出了实时在线测试结果。
