摘    要:在激烈的市场竞争环境下,培训作为增加人力资本的重要手段,越发受到企业的重视。然而大多数的培训工作没有取到预期的效果,很大的原因在于培训流程的模糊与不规范。因此,设计一个完善的培训流程,重视培训工作的各个环节,是提高培训效果的重要前提。本文就培训流程各阶段的工作进行初步的探讨。
