| 摘 要： | 卧式螺旋离心机在固液两相分离方面使用效果良好。未经处理的造纸黑液含有的杂质较多，具有明显的回液两相特征，通过大胆探索使用卧式螺旋离心机进行黑液回收处理，大幅度降低了污染物指数。环保效益和经济效益明显。同时，通过介绍卧式螺旋离心机生产使用现况，针对设备卸料螺旋磨损严重的问题。提出了可行的解决方案。

| Abstract: | The separating effect of horizontal spiral centrifuge is excellent in solid-liquor separation. Untreated black liquor contains a great deal of impurities and has obvious two phase characteristics of solid?liquid. Horizontal centrifuge was used to recovering and treat black liquor. The results show that the pollution index was reduced greatly and the environmental benefit and economic benefit was remarkable. The paper introduces the existing production and application situation of horizontal spiral centrifuge and puts forward a feasible solution to the problem of the severe wearing of the discharging screw. |
