摘    要:采用改进的水管冷却温度场迭代算法,对周公宅拱坝7号典型岸坡坝段水管冷却的一期效果进行研究。重点分析水管层距、间距以及浇筑层厚度对坝体内部温度场和应力场分布造成的影响,同时指出岸坡坝段水管冷却时温控防裂的主要问题。最后得出了周公宅拱坝7号坝段施工期一期冷却时水管布置形式的优选方案及温控防裂措施。

Abstract:Based on the improved iteration algorithm for temperature field by pipe cooling,the effect of pipe cooling in the typical dam section No.7 along the slope of the Zhougongzhai Arch Dam in the first stage was investigated,with emphasis placed on the influences of horizontal and vertical spans of pipes and lift thickness on the stress field and temperature field of the dam body.Meanwhile,main problems on temperature control and crack prevention during pipe cooling were put forward.Finally,an optimal scheme for pipe layout during pipe cooling and measures for temperature control and crack prevention were obtained for the first construction stage of the dam section No.7 of the arch dam.
