川渝天然气管道工程建设发展情况及建议

20世纪60年代开始，管道工业进入了持续发展时期，储运研究领域的各项技术得到了飞速发展，油气管道向着大口径、高压力、高度自动化方向发展，管道工程的建设规模越来越大，各种新技术、新工艺、新材料、新设备被不断用于新管道建设和对老管道的改造当中，有效地提高了施工质量，降低了工程造价。文章通过分析川渝地区净化气干线管网现状及建设趋势，总结了近年来川渝管道工程在SCADA控制技术、在役管道完整性评价、高钢级管道钢的应用、新型防腐材料的应用等科研、工程实施方面所取得的进步，进而对未来几年川渝天然气工程建设在管网系统水力模拟适应性分析、天然气管道泄漏监测技术、干燥技术、管道内防腐技术等的科研、工程实施方面的发展方向及对策提出了建议。

THE DEVELOPMENT SITUATION AND SUGGESTIONS OF NATURAL GAS PIPELINE ENGINEERINGS IN SICHUAN AND CHONGQING

Since 1960s ,pipeline industry has stepped into a sustainable development period and the technologies of oil andgas storage and transportation are accelerated at a high growth rate . Oil and gas pipelines are developed into a large diameter ,high pressure and ultra automation mode . Pipeline engineering tends to be large-scale . Moreover ,different kinds of newtech-nologies ,processes , materials and facilities are applied in new pipeline construction projects and refurbishment of aged pipe-lines , which effectively enhances construction quality and reduces engineering costs . The article will elaborate on the currentsituation and construction tendency of purified gas trunkline networks in Sichuan and Chongqing to generalize the research andengineeringi mplement progresses made on SCADAcontrol technologies ,integrality evaluation on being-used pipelines ,applica-tion of high grade pipeline steel and newanti-corrosion materials ,and to further put forward suggestions on development direc-tion and corresponding measurements of natural gas engineering in Sichuan and Chongqing areas during recent years ,includingadaptability analysis of pipeline network hydraulic si mulations , monitoring expertise of natural gas pipeline leaks ,drying tech-nologies ,inner anti-corrosion treat ments for pipelines ,etc .
