仿毛涤纶的结构与性能研究

提出了从功能角度模仿羊毛的多功能仿毛涤纶毛条的开发路线。采用三叶形纤维(异形度>50%),减少了织物表面的起球程度,明显提高了多功能涤纶毛条的抗起毛起球性能;采用蝌蚪形截面的纤维,能在一定程度上产生羊毛鳞片的异向摩擦效应,达到了缩绒的效果;抗静电剂PR-86对改善织物手感、风格有明显作用。

STUDIES ON THE STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF WOOLLIKE PET FIBER

In this paper,a production route of multifunctional woollike sliver of PET fiber imitated the function ofwool has been put forward. As the fiber with trilobal section (degree of special shape 50%) was used,therewas a decrease in pilling degree,and the pilling resistance of the multifunctional sliver of PET fiber could beevidently raised. As the fiber with tadpole-shape section was used,to a certain extent,the frictional effect indifferent direction like scale of wool could be found,and there was felty effect. The antistatic agent PR-86greatly acted on improving handle and style of fabric.
