| 摘 要： | 概述了PTA直接酯化连续缩聚生产聚酯(PET)过程中,其酯化和缩聚反应的工艺参数对过程的影响,并对目前生产上使用的不同酯化工艺作了分析:阐述了对酯化、预缩聚反应器和后缩取反应器的设计要求;提出可用反应时间的长短评定聚酯生产技术的先进住。

| Abstract: | Using PTA as raw materials, PET was produced by direct esterification andcontineous polycondensation. The effects of every parameters in esterification andpolycondensation on the process are described. Different esterification processesunder operation now are analysed. The requirments for designing the reactors andfinisher are explained. It is proposed that the duration of the reactions can be usedfor evaluating advanced degree of a PET production technology. |
