| 摘 要： | 离心浇铸机两驱动辊在运行过程中既要保持同步又要保证两台电机的负荷平衡,利用西门子6SE70变频器的主从控制方式的双闭环控制系统就很容易解决。文章介绍了基于变频技术的离心浇铸机控制系统的硬件系统构成和主要功能,给出了系统监控画面设计。实践证明:该方法简单易行,解决了控制系统中负荷分配不均的问题。 |

| Abstract: | The two motor driving rollers of the centrifugal casting machine must keep synchronous and keep load balance.It is easily done by Siemens 6SE70 Inverter.This paper introduces the hardware system structure and main functions of monitoring system of centrifugal casting machines based on Inverter technology.The practice shows that this method is simply practical and overcomes the variance of load distribution. |
