弹性金属塑料瓦在大型水电机组推力轴承中的试验研究

摘    要:本在推力轴承模拟试验台上测试了弹性金属塑料轴瓦(简称弹塑瓦)在不同工况条件下的性能。结果表明,在相同条件下,使用弹塑瓦的瓦温、油温以及拖动电功率等性能均优于巴氏瓦,而且弹塑瓦的承载能力明显高于巴氏瓦。本还分析比较了弹塑瓦在几个水电站推力轴承中的应用效果,证实了试验研究的结论,总结出应用弹塑瓦的一系列优点,为弹性金属塑料瓦在水轮机组中普及应用提供了宝贵的经验。

Abstract:In this paper, the performances of Elasto - Metal Plastic (EMP) pad under different test conditions were measured on the simulating tester of thrust bearing. The results showed that the performances of EMP pad such as pad temperature, oil temperature and pull power and go on were better than babbitt pad. Load - bearing capacity of EMP pad was also bigger than babbitt pad. Effects of applying EMP pad to thrust bearing were compared in several hydropower stations and the simulating test conclusions were confirmed. A series of advantages were summarized for applying EMP pad. This research supplied universal application of elasto - metal plastic pad to hydroelectric unit with valuable experience.
