双模糊结构电力系统稳定器的设计与仿真

摘    要:针对常规模糊电力系统稳定器(C-FPSS)的稳态性能差的缺点,提出了能在线调整量化因子的双模糊电力系统稳定器(D-FPSS)的设计方案。为简化计算、获得更快的响应速度,在Matlab的Fuzzy Logic工具箱下利用高木-关野模糊推理算法设计了双模糊结构控制器。与C-FPSS相比,单机无穷大电力系统仿真结果表明了所设计D-FPSS具有更强的适应性和鲁棒性。

Abstract:A double-fuzzy structure power system stabilizer(D-FPSS) was presented ,which can automatically adjust the quantitative factors on-line according to the shortcoming of bad steady state performance of the common fuzzy power system stabilizer(C-FPSS). Double-fuzzy controller was designed by the Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy inference algorithm in the Fuzzy Logic toolbox of the Matlab in order to simplify calculations and accelerate the speed of response.Simulation of one machine infinite-bus system shows that the proposed D-FPSS can provide better robustness and adaptability compared with C-FPSS.
