气分装置丙烷压缩机轴封改造

广州分公司炼油气分装置丙烷压缩机的轴封原来使用浮环密封,由于工艺介质的入口状态比较接近凝结的临界点,容易带液,造成封油粘度降低、闪点不合格的情况,严重影响机组的安全运行。通过对轴封失效原因的分析,采取油膜螺旋槽端面密封措施,取得了显著成效。

Reconstrution of Bearing Sealing for Propane Compressor in Gas Fraction Disstillation Unit

The propane compressor bearing sealing, which used originally the floating sealing, of gas fraction distillation unit in Guangzhou branch company, because of the inlet condition of process medium was near the critical point of jellification and entrained liquid easily, made the viscosity of sealing oil decrease and flushing point was not up to standard, therefore the safe operation of machine set was affected seriously. By means of analysis on failure reason for bearing sealing, the oil membrane spiral slot end sealing was adopted and remarkable effectiveness was achieved.
